Order Processing Time
Orders for in-stock products are typically processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends). Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive tracking information via email. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service within 12 hours of placing the order. For requests made after 12 hours, please reach out to our customer service to check whether the order has already been shipped.

Delivery Time
Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days after being shipped. However, the actual delivery timeframe is determined by UPS and USPS. If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service at info@zentronusa.com.
For backordered items and during holiday seasons, processing times may be longer, but we will notify customers via email with estimated shipping dates.
Important Notes
- If the tracking number indicates that the package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please contact our customer service within 7 days.
- Due to ITAR restrictions, we do NOT ship to any international addresses.
- If incorrect or incomplete delivery information is provided, leading to an unsuccessful delivery, and you request a reshipment or refund, we reserve the right to charge a fee or deduct shipping costs.
